Refund policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted for up to 14 days from shipping date for unopened and unworn items. Your full name and order number must be enclosed with your item for exchange or return. For returned items, customers will be granted a money-back guarantee less a $3 restocking fee. Return shipping is not covered, and will not be reimbursed.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT OPENED OR WORN ITEMS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AT THIS TIME. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. IF SALE OR OPENED ITEMS ARE RETURNES, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND, AND BLK HOUSE GAMES AND/OR BLACK HOUSE VENTURES, LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.
